He recognized the importance of the people who helped him in his own journey and always sought ways to give back to others with similar hospitality-minded aspirations. In our second annual Passing the Torch event, we'll pay tribute to Sam's generous spirit and legacy with an unforgettable celebrations benefiting the Sam Beall Fellows Program, which provides scholarships to young professionals in the food, wine and hotel businesses. This year, we'll be joined by the acclaimed Chef Grant Achatz for remarkable demonstrations and Blackberry conversation.
